Return Policy

We have a 7 day return policy if your order arrives broken or faulty in undamaged packaging a replacement will be shipped out free of charge or broken/faulty item refunded. Send us an email at support@stikkie.com.au. and we will promptly address the issue.

If more than 7 days have gone by since receipt of goods, unfortunately we can’t guarantee you a refund or exchange.

We are unable to offer returns and all purchases are final due to hygiene.

Change of mind

Unfortunately once your order is placed, we do not accept change of mind returns or exchanges hence please choose carefully and contact us for any queries.
